GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's iYogi customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~helen: I had number of virus threats and my mcafee protection expired. after spending an hour on internet and searching for mcafee and norton antivirus, I reached iyogi. I did not know what it was and was very concerned initially. the iyogi rep, Jazpreet was really patient with me. I appreciate that she allowed me time to stress my fears and concerns but she reassured me they are an upfront company. I had good help with getting my computer fixed. They installed the virus protection, removed all of the viruses and handled a few other maintenance issues at the same time. I feel good about my computer being fixed now and I like the idea of their being able to remote in to fix the computer verses talking*walking me through something I don't understand. This is good service. Thank you Iyogi.

~helen: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~helen: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iYogi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~helen: For that I would say five out of five.
