GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's iYogi customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~L Ann: I received this service after searching online I called the number in hopes they could support me with tech support to help me on my laptop. and provided my "key" code. I had to repeat the number at least * or * times before the iYogi representative got it correct. I had a lot of trouble communicating with the iYogi representative, English was not his first language. I could only understand about **% of what he was saying. After much time and effort to get "set up" so he could begin helping me, he informed me that the tasks I needed help with were not "covered." Basically he could provide some internet security and some "green computing" software and that was about it. was not familiar with the software he wanted to install and was not comfortable with him "taking over" my computer via the internet for "** to ** minutes"." I ten was asked for ***.**and then they said they fixed my problems and that my new tech support would be transferable between the phone, laptop, and home compute

~L Ann: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~L Ann: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iYogi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~L Ann: For that I would say five out of five.

~L Ann: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iYogi to know who you are.
