~JaniceCole: Im a bit of a pessimist. The whole rule of *€*when something has to go wrong it will*€* literally rules my life. Because of this trait I usually create a plan B to everything I do. I bought my new laptop and needed to find great tech support. I did my research and came across iyogi which claimed to be the best. But I also came across pages that, excuse the French, bitched about iyogi like crazy. Obviously I was in two minds as the other guys were a little expensive than iyogi and iyogi seemed to offer more services. Word of advice* sometimes you just have to wing it. Anyway reluctantly I went with iyogi and I must say ive never regretted that decision. There have been countless occasions where I thought all is lost but iyogi stepped in and fixed my laptop immediately. They are courteous, well informed and more importantly they know what they*€*re doing. The reviews made me think twice and hence I wasted brain cells which I might never come back. So my advice to all, don*€*t think twice

~JaniceCole: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~JaniceCole: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iYogi's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~JaniceCole: For that I would say five out of five.

~JaniceCole: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iYogi to know who you are.
