~C Leonard Fath, D.D.S.: The last time that I called for service, which was the second time for the same problem, I spent, mostly from being on hold, a total of *.* hours to resolve my issue. Unfortunately, as happened the first time, the fix (which was only the loss of my ability to scroll with the mouse) only lasted for * days. Good Karma!
