~customer: We have an ongoing billing dispute with precharge.com in which our Forensic Accountant believes we are owed tens of thousands of dollars in overcharges. The company VP who was handling the case would NEVER answer any telephone calls by our company, by the independent tech person who we hired to try to sort out the mess, by the indpendent Forensic Accountant* Fraud Examiner. No answered calls* no returned telephone calls.
