GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's uShip customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~gmandreani: Talking to someone solved my problem. The frustration came from the uship website. I spent too much time trying to unsuccessfully resolve profile, password issues and therefore could not place an order. It would have been alot less frustrating to have had the customer support phone number available on the webpage...which it does not...or if it does it is not readily visible. Long story short-I almost gave us using the uship resource because of the poor quality webpage.

~gmandreani: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~gmandreani: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about uShip's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~gmandreani: For that I would say one out of five.
