GetHuman-368735: I have had no communication. Tried calling you and first you dis-connected me after waiting * mins, then a foreign person answred who claimed he couldn'd hear me. Now I am on chat and still am not getting help. **AOL sent me an e-mail recently saying they would install McAfee free (which I already have and am paying for). I needed to know how to make that change, BUT if you are going to charge me $** or whatever, I am not interested. **Please respond. Thank you
