GetHuman-134599: I called Bradford exchange over three different times and waiting almost an hour all three times and no one answered. I order products from them all the time and I received something broken and wanted to speak to them about returning it but was unable to get anyone on the phone. I will be sharing this information with others and I will not be ordering again. I have spent a lot of money with this company and I am not happy about their customer service or lack of!
