~Elizabeth123: Called to find out why we lost phone service for the umpteenth time in * months. ANOTHER area outage. However I got the "voice" that said my bill was late by one day. Not possible. I had paid it several weeks earlier. Billing told me my check was returned. Impossible as there is more than enough money in the account. Called bank. I had transposed two of my account numbers when I paid the bill online, the check was rejected. I called right back and paid by phone, to make sure everything was fixed. Two hours later I got a collection call. In the process of having Comcast removed. Done with these idiots.

~Elizabeth123: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Elizabeth123: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Comcast's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Elizabeth123: For that I would say four out of five.

~Elizabeth123: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Comcast to know who you are.
