~d4singh: Sales rep was not helpful at all. When I asked to talk to his manager, I was put on hold for another ** minutes where I was told that the protective case for the new phone I just bought today should have been available at the Cricket store I went to. Then decided to tell me that the Cricket store where I bought the phone was not a corporate store. I would only be able to purchase the cover online at mycricket.com (which does not carry the case either) and the Corporate store in Vancouver Washington would be the only places I could get the cover to work with my new phone. I have had Cricket phones for years and was extremely upset with this service. Had I been told that the phone I purchased today had NO case for it, I would have done business elsewhere. I will be contacting the corporate store tomorrow and expect more of the "I'm sorry about that, but I can't help you!". This has been a waste of time and money!
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Cricket Communications. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Cricket Communications problem?
~d4singh: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~d4singh: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Cricket Communications's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~d4singh: For that I would say three out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Cricket Communications customers?
~d4singh: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Cricket Communications to know who you are.
