GetHuman-50371: very handicapped.cannot walk without assistance so when paper is left on bottom lawn by curb, is soaking wet it's not much used to me. I have to wait until I can find someone to bring it up for me. Was always left on porch. Believe it's not because my carrier does not get a tip ach time. I tip quite generously at Christmas for the year. If it's not corrected y next week I will canel my subscription since it isn't doing me any good now.
