~tim: OMG, perhaps the worst customer service I have encountered in my ** years! Andrea (I think) answered the phone and when I said, "I'm sorry I did not understand your name would you please repeat it?" She replied "State the reason for your call?" I said "I'm sorry what is your name please" Again, "State the reason for your call". "Hello can you hear me?" "State the reason for your call".......I'm calling about my mom's policy" she replied "what's her ID?" Gave her the number - "can't help you per federal guidelines" Never did get her name. An automated system would have been more polite and civil. T
