~mom0551player's review of Express Scripts customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Express Scripts customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~mom0551player: This number purports to be a better number as far as wait time and it may well be, but the way they shift you from one agent*employee to another makes the wait time ridiculous. Every single person I talked to gives me a different story and a different amount I supposedly owe. This is so unfair to seniors because we are fighting to keep our benefits and keep the cost down. How can you do that when a company is constantly making these major mistakes? They are now refusing to release my refills and I had to get them elsewhere at a higher cost because one of the prescriptions was for my heart medicine. Now they are coming up with bills way back to July. I have NEVER NOT paid for my prescriptions. I am beyond angry right now.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Express Scripts. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Express Scripts problem?
~mom0551player: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mom0551player: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Express Scripts's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mom0551player: For that I would say two out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Express Scripts customers?
~mom0551player: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Express Scripts to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~mom0551player taken from his Express Scripts customer service problem that occurred on November 13th, 2017.
