~kj: I subscribed to the Chronicle on December *th, ****. I have received * paper as of December **th. Each day I called customer service and reported that I had not received a paper. I asked for ther district mgr to call me to discuss why I had not received a paper. He never called. Today I called to cancel the paper but was transferred to the cancelation department and then to the billing department. Each time I was put on hold. The billing department indicated that I would receive a refund of the $**.** that I paid up front less $*.** for the papers I was supposed to have received. I asked to speak to a manager and was hung up on. Do not subscribe to the Chronicle.
