~disgruntled reader: signed up for sunday paper, no tv guide came. I called and they said I would have to pay more (more than twice what I already am paying). Said ok. Next week I got a paper, but the one after that..no paper. Called to complain, they said they cancelled it. Any other service she could help me with..really smart alecky. What a bottom dweller. I said to myself, this is why they are going under, their idea of service is out of whack with society.*To the customer service people - if you act like a piece of scum..you are a piece of scum.
