~George1: JCP & L SHAME IN NEW JERSEY, RATING is *, REALLY SHAMEFUL SERVICE!!!!! VERY,VERY,VERY poor management skills and sluggish overall performance, unable solve minor customer issues!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! . EXTREMELY POOR PERFORMANCE, customer service extremely unhelpful, very poor communication between customer service and management. Customer service representative tells you one thing and manager says another one. Clear sign of mismanagement, on the phone conversation manager claimed that they have millions of customers and they are unable to solve each customer issues adequately which is very funny for this large company. For a customer it does not matter how many other customers you have, what matters is how you do your job for a certain customer to solve his or her issue!!! Usually this is how it works in the business: IF YOU CANNOT MANAGE YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THE MARKET AND LET OTHER BUSINESS TAKE OVER YOUR SERVICE WHICH CAN VALUE AND MANAGE ALL COMPANY CUSTOMER INTERESTS!!
