~murphrose: I have used labcorp for years but today my just end that. I waited an hour and a half for blood work before I had to give up and leave. I had two offices fax over blood work and each time they said they didn't get it. I called the drs. over and over and they faxed and faxed. The lady at the counter just looked at me with a blank face and did nothing. Finally I had to leave. They called me to apologize for the fact that their fax machine was not working properly! REALLY!!! Horrible service.

~murphrose: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~murphrose: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about LabCorp's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~murphrose: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other LabCorp customers?
~murphrose: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for LabCorp to know who you are.
