GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/22/17?
GetHuman-bronwyn: Received $** Macys Money online for upspending, couldn't open my account with the link they sent, thought I needed another profile, so tried that and now I can't get the $$ to my Macys Wallet. I was on phone for an hour this morning. First, they said I didn't have an account (it is ** years, Macys). Then, they didn't have a clue how to get the Macys Money into my account. This is nonsense. It is also fraud. I have spent thousands with Macys and they will lose my business over $**!!
