GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Match.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Jack: Horrible customer service, horrible website that they purposely will auto renew your charging your card and use intentional misleading tactics beware of using Match especially any promotional offers, because they will mislead you in showing your account is set expire as you selected and then they will go ahead and charge you again full price without you knowing until you see your credit card statement which the credit card companies have them a blocked company due to so many complaints of misleading and charging people.

~Jack: I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Jack: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Match.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Jack: For that I would say three out of five.
