~Deb: No way to contact customer service cause gone for day. Called about wet paper this am, asked for new paper. *rd time I have had unreadable paper since moving to new address, new papers never come, so why offer option.*Why is it so hard for carrier to double bag and deliver dry paper? ****yrs never had this many wet papers even dry in hurricanes at old address! Have sent emails-no response, talked to cust service-still wet papers no substitute paper delivered even though promised. Handwriting is on the wall for canceling, just too frustrating and unreliable at this point.
