~virginia: you think you would hire real people to answer the phone instead of these dumb machine that can"t understand you and you wait for every. I have been waiting for at least a month and my problem still isn't fixed. I have power outage in my house, I have medical equipment in the house and the voltage that is coming in the house is not sufficient. I have lights dimming, sometime shutting off. Come on.....if you are that short on people hire some. One gentleman came out said it was fixed I called back sent someone else told me they would call never called, I called back said we need a pole the transformer is bad and effecting ** homes. To this day no one has come out. I am paying the double in price for electricity because it is working harder on the medical equipment. It requires ** voltage and I am getting *,
