GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Sears.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~NONE: We bought a Kenmore refrigerator in May ****. The double door*fridge on bottom in stainless steel - so by no means a low end refrigerator. We also purchased the * year warranty (also not cheap). The liner of our refrigerator is cracking in several places and there is condensation on the exterior of the refrigerator in the same general area. The "repair kit" is epoxy which is covered in warnings that it's hazardous. The repairman has refused (twice now) to use the epoxy because it isn't an effective repair, doesn't work and looks horrible. We have contacted every customer service number and e-mail and just get the run around and saying that because it's a cosmetic problem, there's nothing they can do. Please beware if you purchase appliances or warranties from Sears. They will spend months avoiding making an issue right. We will not give up until a satisfactory solution is reached.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Sears.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Sears.com problem?
~NONE: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~NONE: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Sears.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~NONE: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Sears.com customers?
~NONE: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Sears.com to know who you are.
