~alleynik: Email sent to corporate - As a customer for years, I have to say I am truly disappointed in your service and your lack of respect for your loyal customers. During the holidays, I should not receive illiterate customer support e-mails or should not have hold to speak with someone who obviously does not understand the English language. Many corporations decided to go the "indian" route and have since switched due to customer backlash (or they at least use foreign support that has been trained in the English language.)**My package is a gift for my mother. I spent hours creating it. It was guaranteed before December **th. It has not shipped and it is the **nd. I should be able to speak with someone in your company that can provide me with answers. If it is not going to arrive before the **th - I can then go out and get another gift*******no big deal, but I would LOVE to get a straight answer.**By using this kind of ridiculous customer support* you are making it very clear how you feel
