~Iam2right: Ihave been having problems getting you to recognize either myself w* **** or w* my spouse,Carol ****. And I keep getting transferred to some person apparently in India! I try to resolve my problems and all I get is..Sir,I can help you make a payment if that is what you want? No,I'm having trouble getting thru to you,to my acct. And then he gets upset with me! His voice goes up,the Sir,becomes SIR! I CAN HELP YOU MAKE A PAYMENTIF THAT IS WHAT. YOU WANT!!! Look,two of my accts. with you keep getting messed up,I have yet to receive any kind of monthly billing,and have tried to place this on automatic draw with our bank,we were showing an *% Interest Rate..Until paid offit says...but we're being charged interest.Why? Folks,I'm very confused,my bride is confused these last couple months something's gone wrong and when we call the number given on our paperwork,we end up getting transferred to some person that barely speaks English well enough for me to understand. HELP..
