~soccer mom: The first person that answered the phone was from the good old USA. She was very personable and helpful. Unfortunately she had to transfer me to another dept and that time the woman was not so pleasant or helpful. Bottom line I would call this number again because a real human on the line is better than automated limbo.

~soccer mom: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Telecheck's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~soccer mom: For that I would say two out of five.
