~Very unhappy citizen: When I was declined and called, the operator finally told me it was an error *But*I will NOT shop at a merchant who is using your services*Along with sharing my experience with my friends and family asking them to also NOT use a company that uses your services *Very disappointed .... That is what you get for outsourcing outside the USA
