~Gigi: Called *** * on * different lines and hold time was not better. Had emailed CS no response. They hold your order for everything to come in. I had ordered * items and * item($* socks) were holding up the order. Had socks cancelled and hoping my order comes. I HIGHLY DO NOT recommend this site. I have ordered from them in the past with the same results and each Time i go back I have the same issue. The CEO needs to make some serious changes!!! I will after this stay off the Totsy site from now on!!
