~angry provider: as a provider, we call insurance companies and get information over the phone, it is fast and easy. i DREAD calling united concordia. they are SO rude and not helpful at all. they always have an attitude and talk to u like your an idiot. "well if you looked at the fax you would see if its covered or not" ***** your ** page fax! it is so confusing and annoying to try and read that! what do you people get paid for? because it sure isnt customer service because you people **** at it!
