~isabeltrono: Paid amount that went to a different region for wireless * was not recognized by Verizon. Bank has proof it was paid. Told rep info and he threw me back into computerized system again. There should always be a way to speak to a human on each level of the automated phone service. This really angers people! I also paid $**.** last week to be placed into unlimited minutes and the system did not recognize this as it has in the past. Therefore, I will need to pay more money prior to Jan *.
