~stultusmagnus: They try everything to get you to hang up before routing you to a live person. If you want to know what your bill is, then it's easy. If you need tech support, then good luck. I was trying to get DSL, I entered my account number, and the automated voice told me to go online to get help. Nice, idiots. Don't bother. Verizon stinks in every way. If I weren't in a contract, I'd dump the cell service too.
