GetHuman-321387: I called Telecheck support because I had an inquiry about a specific function. The staff answered the phone, I went through the verification process. She seemed like I was bothering her, and kept letting out an "annoyed" sigh every time I asked a question. She ended up not having the information that I needed, so she transferred me to a different department. She was dull and condescending. The next woman I spoke to had a thick accent and was equally unhelpful and acted like I was bothering her. I only had one question about a function. Terrible service. Telecheck, please train your staff to at least be friendly.
