GetHuman-114982: Agent was trying to be helpful but it appears they have little or no power to do anything. I ordered a comforter set on ** Sept that did not ship. It has been over a month. I'm demanding a refund or a firm shipment date. I don't know if they are part of the BBB but if they are I will file a complaint. They have good prices but I will never do business with them again.
