~Mina001: Dial ***-***-**** and when it asks for extension dial ****. I was transferred to loss prevention voicemail but could leave a message. I could not contact a live operator and do not know if the person that I left message for will contact back. I have emailed these people * times at least for an order placed a month before Christmas but no response from them. They did send part of the order and debited my cc but I am very frustrated with the zero quality of service thus far.
