~turfbag: I was hung up on! Been waiting over a month for a $*** refund. I realized within hours of placing the order that it was not a good deal at all and I did not want the item. The item apparently shipped before they could cancel its shipment. I was told to refuse it. The package shipped via UPS, was then handed to USPS, delivered to me, I gave it back to UPS (unopened) and it's been * weeks and still no refund!The "associate" I spoke with told me what I already knew. I had to wait! The waiting became excessive so THAT'S why I called! After attempting to explain that (as calmly as I could) she was gone. Definitely an African American woman, seemed polite enough at first, but then that evil "click". No answer to my question, no refund (and no idea when I'll get it), and another ** minutes on hold if I decide to call back. She knew that when she hung up. It must have felt so good for her to do that. Wish I'd caught her name. If *SaleADay reads this, they'll know who she is. I'm sorry but that
