~Sara Simmons: I ordered An antivirus program and the UPC code is On the Jacket of the program I got denied because I did not want to damage the case of my product by cutting the UPC code off the CD Cover I don't know about anyone else but I dont think you should be required to damage the product you just bought to claim a rebate after you send them the receipt from the store the receipt from Paypal and the packing slip Then they wait until ** pm the night before your ** days is up to decline your rebate so you have no time to resubmit I mailed mine the day I received my items it took them ** days to decline my offer everyone that has been on here reporting your issue We all need to come together and sue!!!!
