~SAHM2boys1otw: I've messaged through the website and also have called the *** number listed above and had to leave a message also... I haven't received an answer at all.. Dealing with an issue that happened in ****.... Signed up for the free trail in sept*oct cancelled within the ** days only to have my account charged not only once but twice! Once in November and another in December, my account has been negative ever since. Only reason I know is because my credit union contacted me. This account is just an emergency account with only a max of $**-** it doesn't get used ......I'm really irritated.
