GetHuman-79987: I was brick-walled at an automated voice asking for information I don't possess due to the nature of my account. I tried various methods to just get through to a person who could offer better assistance, but could not move past the automation.

GetHuman-79987: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
