GetHuman-289183: The number ** indicated in the "your wait" section is actually the number of times I tried to reach AOL at the number you supplied as well as the number *-***-***-****. This was a number AOL supplied me with a few months ago. All I receive is a circuits busy signal. Option * that you suggest is also non-operative. Something is amiss.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AOL. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AOL problem?
