~cissie: i signed up thinking i was getting internet i wasn't so i cancelled, they charged me any way, called them they say i ordered it and they dont have away of knowing if i used it. i was told they charge every ** days according to their records i signed up ******** i was charged on ********* at *:** pm. what reputable company charge your account for payment on a bill on a saturday night at *:** pm
