~aolsucks: it took ** phone calls and * *** hours of my life I wont get back of answering questions to a f...ing computer. Only to get put on hold and then disconnected. I just wanted to reactivate my account for ** hrs to retrieve a password from Itunes. Holy **** I've had better times at root canals. Finally got a hold of luvulongtime in the Philippines (yes I asked what country she lived in). I only have * degree so I'm not that smart but smart enough to know that when people call they want to speak with A PERSON AND NOT A FRICKIN COMPUTER. How hard is it to grasp? I told her that on the phone and she continued to read from her script. (holy **** Im talking to another computer)**I only wish that the board members of AOL would read this. AOL - YOU **** THE HIGH HARD ONE!
