~mort: "Business" transferred me to "Residential" and "Residential" transferred me back to "Business" because of some rule AT&T has about changing a "published" phone number. The people were nice.

~mort: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~mort: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~mort: For that I would say one out of five.
