~MArk: I cant get connected to the right department for the life of me. I tell them to transfer me the the right department. then I get put in the loop with mr computer man. I even asked the lady once I got the right person how do I call you back. She gave me a number and I've called and I got Mr computer man. They make it so complicated.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Business. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Business problem?
~MArk: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~MArk: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~MArk: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T Business customers?
~MArk: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T Business to know who you are.
