~Flustered: The WORST experience I have ever had!!! spent * wk. trying to get them to fix my very simple order of phone and internet service. The order was all messed up no one knew what they were doing they gave me false information regarding the internet price. I had to give the same information to every single person I spoke with, it's like they are not on the same system with ongoing computer notes!! I spent a total of * hours on the phone and spoke with ** different people got transferred all over the place and disconnected * times. I am actually on the phone now on hold for ** minutes trying to cancel the order and just got hung up on again!!!! I'm currently with Cox and wanted to switch for a cheaper rate but it is SO NOT worth it with the horrendous customer service I received from AT&T. It took me * minutes on the phone with Cox and just the one person to get me a better deal in price,spoke with Dale he was amazing. For a few bucks more I will stick with Cox forever.

~Flustered: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Flustered: For that I would say three out of five.

~Flustered: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T Business to know who you are.
