~Kurt: Totally horrible, promised * min on hold waited ***, still on hold now. Waited all week for tech to show never did show up, never called. Finally got here on Sat. and couldn't fix the problem. Proud Union Member. My contract is up next month and I am going to Com Cast.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Business. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Business problem?
~Kurt: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Kurt: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Kurt: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AT&T Business customers?
~Kurt: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AT&T Business to know who you are.
