~Saloomee: Unfortunately here, AT&T is our only choice for business phone and internet services. Twice AT&T has committed FRAUD against us. We had to involve the State Attorney to solve that. When it occurred, I called numerous management supervisors at AT&T, trying to find how it had happened, but NOT A SINGLE ONE even pretended to care.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting AT&T Business. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a AT&T Business problem?
~Saloomee: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~Saloomee: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Business's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Saloomee: For that I would say five out of five.
