~ALC: The first time I called I waited for a supervisor ** min. (no supervisor spoke to me) the second time I called and wanted to speak to a supervisor I waited ** min. (no supervisor spoke to me)I was calling to ask at&t if the company (which is a multi billion dollar company)if they would reimburse $*.** in my acct. for a call I did not make, their response was no, the call is valid, can you imagine how many millions of dollars at&t cheats their customers out of money from calls that were not made, and at&t's customer service dept. is terrible, only one supervisor works on a shift, thats way matters can not get solved and waits times are so incredibly high... At&t you really cheat your customers very well...

~ALC: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~ALC: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T Go Phone's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~ALC: For that I would say four out of five.
