~Sbockra : Came out to transfer our services to our new place. At *:** stated they had messed up and put in an order for a new person to come out that day. At *:** PM called was told that the person would be there at *:**. At *:** called and was asked "oh no one called to let you know it will now be the next day at *?" Asked why if the order was put in at *:** if they couldn't just let us know it would have to be the next day. All this after we spoke the day before and we had to change our package because the promotion we had had changed so our bill went up $**. Seems they just need to keep their customers informed.

~Sbockra : I'd give them a one out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Sbockra : I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AT&T U-Verse's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Sbockra : For that I would say one out of five.
