~Dee: Waiting on phone talking to recording for more the ** mins, then transfered * times with help. Customer service was unable to locate my account with AT&T phone *, or address. Call back with account number to find out the word "st" wasn't on address. And phone number is not linked.

~Dee: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~Dee: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.

~Dee: For that I would say one out of five.
