~S Dot: Everyone's lying to me, one guy told me a good offer that I would get the first month free. Got an email saying that I would have to pay plus it was more than what he told me. Spoke to sales after being transferred and placed on hold for over an hour. He told me that ATT offers the best deal meanwhile I got ****** service and no HD on an HD TV plus I'm paying for a DVR. Switched over to DirectTV, sales guy said I could email him whenever I want to cancel, he lied about that too. I would not recommend this service to my worse enemy. It takes two hours to cancel.
