~pillonchrisanne: Im on my fourth time of retyping these details. Im not doing it again. In December ****, i had WiFi and a land line installed. Starting from the first CSR, EVERYTHING has been screwed up right and left. I did not get a proper land line (which is to say they could not recognize it.I therefore have been able to set up proper email on this account. I know they had my proper cell line, as i gave it out four times to these sub-par CSR,s tonite. Never a call back. I have been certified permanently disabled by Social Security and ADA, since ****.i came home after ** days of hospital time rhis morning, suffering from MRSA pneumonia (flesh eating bacteria) with a long work up for lymphoma- blood cancer.**I had finally worked myself through the process of adding a single HDTV connection to my account. All that remained was to choose a package. Boom-the connection was deopped again. At that point, i very nearly called the EMT-s again.**Here is my relevant information:**Chrisanne Pillon****** Croa
